Mary Gibson was born and brought up in Bermondsey, the setting for all her novels, and now lives in Kent.

Mary is the author of five novels which make up The Factory Girls Series: CUSTARD TARTS AND BROKEN HEARTS (2013) was a Kindle Top 10 bestseller which spent over two months in the #1 spot on the Kindle saga bestseller list; JAM AND ROSES (2014) was a top 10 Nielsen hardback bestseller; GUNNER GIRLS AND FIGHTER BOYS (2015) was a Kindle Top 40 bestseller; BOURBON CREAMS AND TATTERED DREAMS was published in 2016 and HATTIE’S HOME in 2017. All five novels in the series will be published by Leabhar Books in Brazil.
